New Patients

A Shelter-in-place order is in effect across the Bay Area until April 7th 2020. We will provide only emergency dental services until it is lifted. Welcome!  Here is what to expect on your first visit:

LOCATION / PARKING:  Our building is on a frontage road along the east side of El Camino Real.  There is street parking in front and a free lot behind the building (rear entrance has stairs and a wheelchair accessible ramp). Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn LEFT.  We are at the end of the hall, by the windows.

BART / CalTrain:  We are a short walk from the Millbrae BART/CalTrain (exit the station to California Drive).

INSURANCE:  We accept all plans that allow patients to choose their providers, called "PPO Plans."  We are in-network with Aetna, Assurant, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, and United Health Care.  Your health is our primary concern, and we will work together with you to maximize your dental benefits.

PLEASE BRING:  Your insurance card, if you have one.  Night guard, retainer, dentures, or other dental appliances that you use.  Registration form and x-rays (see below).

X-RAYS:  Please bring or request that your previous dentist send us the following x-rays via email to info@nestdental.com or regular mail.  If they are diagnostic, we may be able to use them for our exam.

     2.)  FMX and/or Panoramic x-rays
